About Greg Tepper

I’m a storyteller, host and leader who’s spent my career building teams, brands and audiences, helping organizations grow through clarity, connection, and purpose. Whether it’s on camera, on stage or behind the scenes, my focus is helping people understand and care about the world around them.

For more than a decade, I’ve led Dave Campbell’s Texas Football, one of America’s most iconic regional media brands. I’ve shaped its editorial vision, overseen digital growth, and hosted award-winning live programming. Along the way, I’ve worked across television, digital, print, and events—creating content that informs, entertains, and brings people together.

My work has earned multiple Lone Star Emmys and recognition from the Texas High School Coaches Association and the Gridiron Club of Dallas. But what I’m proudest of is the culture of curiosity and collaboration I’ve helped build: a space where storytelling and leadership meet.

I’m a graduate of the University of Missouri’s School of Journalism, and I live outside Dallas with my wife, Jen, and our two sons, Hank and Max.
